Today is jus like another day.
During PE i cn so feel the pressure on my knees.
Probably because i gain abt 3-4kg in abt a month times.
Then my muscle nv grow, cn feel the weight on them.
Like stressing them, my poor knees, gotta lead a healthier diet liao.

And i got to do the warm-up in front of everyone.
